Le Figaro reveals safest departments in France

Le Figaro has produced a list of the safest departments in France following the publication of national crime statistics for 2008 by the Observatoire National de la D�linquance (OND).

The figures reveal that Limousin’s Creuse is the safest department, followed closely by Cantal.
