French property: what would €100,000 buy you?

Got a budget of around €100k and wondering what you could buy in France? From the north to the south, these nine properties each have their own appeal – which is the one for you?

€100,000: Morbihan

Just 10 minutes south of Josselin, known for its castle and medieval town centre, is the village of Guehenno, which has a surprisingly large number of bars, restaurants and shops for it size. On the edge of the village, this renovated three-bedroom property has character features, a loft suitable for conversion, a small fenced garden and a workshop/store room.

It may come as a surprise to learn you could afford a home in the south of France, just half an hour from Nice airport, but that’s what you get with this property.
