Bridging the emergency gap

Dencover is making sure that toothache need never ruin your holiday again by launching a new form of insurance, enabling holders to access emergency dental treatment while abroad.

Dencover A+E costs 1 a month and includes cover for dental accidents and emergencies in the UK and abroad.

“Many travel policies either exclude dental treatment or impose a high excess which requires you to pay the first few hundred pounds of a claim. So the first step is to establish exactly what you are covered for. Those going skiing are particularly vulnerable to dental accidents, but dental emergencies can flare up out of the blue whether you’re on the slopes or simply lazing on the beach,” explained Paul Hunter, marketing director at Dencover.
