Hi! I’m Pierre Guillery

In 2010, after a brief period as a listing agent, I transitioned to becoming a property finder because I wanted to truly help people, not just sell houses. With my background as a business consultant working across sectors like telecommunications, government, and SMEs in France, the UK, and Ireland, I aimed to offer a more meaningful service—and that’s exactly what I do.

My clients are primarily English speakers seeking vacation homes or retirement properties, with budgets ranging from €300,000 to over €3 million. I also assist some French clients, who tend to focus on purchasing hospitality properties, such as gîtes. Geographically, I follow my clients’ needs, typically working in the south of France, from Nice in the east, to Valence in the north, and Béziers in the west. My assignments can vary in length, spanning from three months to two years, depending on my clients’ personal timelines.

In addition, I have experience in the superyacht industry, where I acted as a liaison between high-net-worth individuals and a superyacht owner based in St. Tropez.

I was born in 1965, hold a BSBA in Economics, an MBA, and have been a licensed real estate broker since 2011.
