Darroze, who began her professional career at Alain Ducasse's Louis XV restaurant in Monaco and recently opened her new restaurant Marsan in Paris, has long been passionate about Provence and is looking forward to returning to the region this summer.
"I am delighted to return, with my team from The Connaught, to an area I have long loved," says Darroze. "The outstanding art, wine and fresh produce of Château La Coste has inspired me to create what I feel is a true summer menu to reflect the joy and flavours of Provence.'
An A La Carte menu will be served at lunch and dinner and there will also be the option of a Tasting Menu at dinner, priced at €155.
