French developer MGM has sold all but 12 of the 45 leaseback apartments it has built at Le Coeur d’Or, a residence de tourisme alongside a new cinema and bowling centre in the small Alpine town of Bourg St Maurice at the heart of the Tarentaise Valley. A swimming pool is already in place within the residence and when work has been completed on new sauna, hammam, massage and other treatment rooms later this year, Le Coeur d’Or will achieve four-star status.
Le Coeur d’Or in Bourg St Maurice
Ready for occupation now, the three- and four-bedroom apartments still available to buy at Le Coeur d’Or start at €216,500 for a three-bedroom duplex apartment. The price excludes VAT which is waived under the leaseback schemes available.
In addition to MGM’s two well-established schemes – lease with guaranteed rental income and four weeks personal use and lease with price reduction and six weeks personal use – the company has launched a special new scheme for buyers at Le Coeur d’Or.
Le Coeur d’Or, which is ideally located for holidays at all times of the year, is managed by CGH (Compagnie de Gestion Hoteliere), part of the MGM Group which enables it to provide a holistic service to embracing the planning, design, construction, sale, maintenance, letting and management of the properties it builds.
