Valmorel, a two-hour drive from Geneva Airport at a snow sure’ altitude of 1,400 metres, is reached by a scenic drive up through picturesque ancient villages and old orchards. The family-friendly pedestrianised resort, popular for holidays all year round, was built in the 1970s in the stone and timber style of a traditional Tyrolean village.

MGM’s leaseback apartments range in size from 25 sq m studios to 100 sq m four-bedroom duplexes. They are available now to buy off-plan.
