Beaufort Chalet d’Alpage was the first cheese sold by La Fromagerie founder Patricia Michelson after she discovered it on a ski holiday in Méribel. As well as this hard Alpine cheese the Winter Classic Box contains the rich soft cheese Vacherin du Haut-Doubs and rye biscuits to try them both with. Lovers of French food are in for a treat with this selection!
