Tax information from bank: when?
Reply Quote
Can anyone tell me roughly when to expect the letter that a bank sends out if you have any taxable interest, giving you the number(s) that must be reported?

I haven't received mine yet and it seems a bit late.  I did check the one I got last year, but it doesn't show any date and I didn't make a note.

Is there in fact a deadline for banks to report this?

The letter I got from Ing said they would send the report out in April - in time to fill in the Tax declaration.
