We found the Chinese in Cahors to be pricy, with small portions and very bland. Try the Mandarin in Caussade - much better.

There's a good restaurant in Cazals a couple of doors down from a well known Immo, booked a Sunday lunch there a day before signing our Compromis and it was completely full, (60 odd covers), with a combination of French & expats.
My doctor said one drink per day, I can live with that !

Sorry to drag this old thread back up again, but I wanted to post to say thank you to Jane and Danny.
I had to go into Cahors on Saturday, and remembered that someone had posted about an oddly named Indian restaurant. I found this thread again, and decided to try out "Curry Brian" on the strength of the recommendation given by Jane and Danny. I wasn't disappointed, great food, really tasty, and quite the nicest onion bhaji I've eaten in a very long time.
I'll certainly be going back, thanks Jane and Danny ![Smile [:)]](/cs/images/emotions/smile.gif)

Hi Sunshine
You must give La Terrasse a try (Grezels). Its our nearest restaurant and the Sunday lunch is superb. No choice , everyone eats the same 7 courses and the wine is included . Allow yourselves 3 hours from sitting down to staggering out!!!!
I think it was around 25 euro's last time we went.
Just a couple who run it , madam in the kitchen and Serge ( I think thats his name ) waiting tables.

Hello,
It's the first time I've been here for AGES! And look what has been revived.
Quick question - where exactly is Curry Brian? We're getting really good at making our own (not me blowing my own trumpet but we have been complimented), but fancy a curry elsewhere sometimes.
