Bridge clubs in or around Sarlat?

We are thinking of moving to Sarlat.  Does anyone know if there are English speaking social bridge clubs/groups in the area?

There is a multi-country and very active Bridge club in Sarlat and another two in Le Bugue, one of which is part of a generally Anglophone Association, people I know belong to both and travelling that sort of distance locally is nothing at all really.

Hi Tony,  Thanks for that information.  Do you know who I would contact to find out about the bridge clubs and the Anglophone Association   Is it easy to meet other Brits if you live full time in the Dordogne?  My husband has been keen to live in France for years and I love it too (for holidays) but I'm worried about being bored and lonely.  We do speak some French and intend to work hard on the language but I gather it is difficult to break into French society.  All the best, Annie

Hi again Tony,

I have done a google search and found the Association you mentioned in Le Bugue.  Thanks very much for that it looks just the thing for anxious newcomers.  Perhaps I'll see you there in the next year or two.

All the best, Annie
