Cherry Wood

Hi,

I am about to chop down a large cherry tree, and wondered if there are any wood sculpters out there.? It seems a pity for me to cut it all up into logs.

Anyone interested please email me as above

We (in 47) have a walnut that came down in the storms at the start of the year. Anyone interested? It seems a shame to use it as firewood.

Walnut is only good for firewood apart from the core of the trunk for a couple of meters high, that's if it's a mature tree.

It was a mature tree, and thats about all that is left after my other half cut off the branches, etc with his chainsaw.
