29/11/2008, 18:17 Pierre ZFP Joined on 12/11/2004 PdC(62)/Luxembourg Posts 2,999 Copper Pans I got the two pans in the picture this afternoon at a brocant.  They are solid copper and very heavy with a silver plated insides.  I got the round one (31 cms) for €8 and the oval one (23 by 35cms) for €15.  Now these would cost a small fortune new so I couldn't pass them up but they are very dirty both inside and out but I don't know how to clean them properly.  I assume a dishwasher is a big no-no but how do I do it correctly? I just know there's going to be a restaraunt owner out there that can help me, please. Make tea not war    Report
