I'm looking for a restoration project ... an old citroen or peugeot 1930/40/50 ish and thought the best place to begin my search would be clubs in my area (Rochechouart) - does anyone know of any please?
Thanks.

The problem with Clubs is that the car owners have inflated ideas of what their pride and joys are worth.

I suggest looking in the local freeby papers, there's always something of interest there.

Or ebay.fr.  But don't get carried away without looking at the car first !

Have a look HERE

A mixed bag but quite a few adverts for modern classics, mostly restored though it seems, but interesting items turn up from time to time.

Tip: search for Annee-Modele Min & Max 1975 au avant.

There are several classic car magazines with classifieds to be found on the bookshelf too.

Given up on the XK replica ? Whistles [Www]

PS: This one a bit much of a challenge perhaps ?

My doctor said one drink per day, I can live with that !

Thanks for that - the one in picture is a little challenging to say the least - still possible though I imagine!
The XK is still here, I'm trying to get it registered - if I can't will have to sell it in UK.  Just planning my next project now though which is half the fun!
