It is also imperitive that a communication system is agreed before setting off. Signals that say You're going too fast - I need you to stop, etc. "Life is Short - Forgive Quickly - Love Truly - Laugh Uncontrollably"    Report

15/03/2008, 12:11 Sunday Driver Joined on 07/10/2005 Deux Sevres (79) Posts 2,767 Re: pillion passenger age Code de la route Art R 431-11: On two-wheeled vehicles, except cycles known as tandems, the passenger seat must be fitted either with a grip belt or handle and two footrests.  On all two wheeled vehicles, for children less than five years old, the use of a seat designed for this purpose and provided with a restraint system is obligatory. The driver must make sure that the child's feet cannot become lodged between the fixed parts and the moving parts of the vehicle. Any rider contravening the provisions of this article is punishable by a class two fine.     Waddya mean it's only Saturday......    Report
