Founding Editor Philip Faiers is currently undertaking a big adventure.
Despite his 57 years and two dodgy knees, he is walking the entire length of the Pyrénées,
from Hendaye to Banyuls a distance of 903km with a massive 49,000m of climb and descent
along the way. He is attempting the walk with a fellow Brit, Kingsley Hodgkins,
who is walking to raise money for a children¹s charity in Toulouse.
Any readers who find themselves in the Pyrénées are most welcome to join them.

A long, easy walk through forest trails, over ski pistes and around pretty lakes. Mainly downhill but, nevertheless, tiring doing 18kms in 29C of blazing sun. Saw the famous 'little yellow train' on the way to the gîte at Planes. Steve and Nicola have brought Patrick and Jon who will be joining me tonight, so today has been my last day of walking alone.
