Enjoy the allure of the Cote d’Azur at anytime of the year!  Charming gated 1-level villa centrally located in the “golden triangle” of the coast, within walking distance to Beaulieu sur Mer, St. Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche sur Mer.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 2 air conditioned bedrooms, one with double bed, the other, en suite, with queen bed.  Living-dining area has a single sofabed , WIFI and satellite TV.  The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washer and dryer.  A covered all season veranda with retractable awning  is ideal for al fresco grilling, dining and relaxing.  Up a flight of stairs is a private rooftop terrace with sea and mountain views.

Garden and beach furniture, a portable electric grill and all indoor appliances, linens and crockery are provided.

There is a flower and herb garden, a large gravel courtyard with room for outdoor games and ample off street parking. 

The closest beach is ½ block away, with a variety of others in walking or short driving distance.  Shops, parks, restaurants, museums and other attractions of the 3 communities are also nearby.  Seaside strolls and hillside hikes or drives are readily accessible to enjoy the beautiful scenery and usually sunny weather.
There is good public transportation by bus and train, and it is a short drive west to Nice, and east to Monaco.  The villa is within day trip distance to Grasse, Vence, Menton,  Antibes and Cannes, to the mountainous back country  and to Ventimiglia and San Remo in Italy.

The villa offers excellent value in this exclusive area, the “Pearl of the French Riviera”.  Fortnight stays, generally on days 1-15 and 16-30 of a month, and longer rentals , are given preference with reservations taken well in advance.  One week minimum visits can be reserved a month prior, based on remaining availability.  Discounts for repeat guests and longer stays up to 6 months.   A flat rate for utilities.
