Marvellous macarons

The Mademoiselle Macaron site is simplicity itself. You just drag and drop each colour and flavour of macaron you want into a virtual box of either six, 12 or 18 pieces, make your way to the checkout and wait for the doorbell to ring. The founder, Rachel Hanretty, trained at the Alain Ducasse cookery school in Paris before opening her patisserie and café in Edinburgh, where the macarons are made fresh every day.
