Rocked by the call of vendors and the smell of fresh fruits and veg, or cheese or roasted chicken, they often take pleasure in buying local specialities : a cream tart from Le Portel town or a chunk of cheddar cheese to make a � welsh �, coastal speciality served with chips and fresh french beer.

However much this dish tries to claim English roots, we've been quite happy to make it our own !
