In the dossier on disability in the May 2007 issue we have translated a 4-page document which must be sent to your nearest Commission Technique d’Orientation et de Reclassement Professionnel (COTOREP) in order to assess your level of disability.

This form will determine how much benefit (Allocation Aux Adultes Handicapés) you will receive and must be filled out in triplicate, most of it by your doctor.
