I am sure I saw a link to a copy of the above form to be completed in an accident by both parties somewhere on the forum in English. I have tried to search for it and it doesn't seem to find the post. Has anyone got a link to a copy I can download and print off. I have insurance in France and just getting better half mobile so thought it good idea if we both carry a copy of the English one too. More2Learn    Report
