What a great result for Scotland yesterday, did anyone see it ??????? England played badly i think because Scotland did not let them play....even though England must have fielded a strong team because they still had a chance if winning something, still the Calcutta cup will do us, even though we are rubbish !!!!

And before i get slated for knowing nothing about rugby then save it for someone who cares, because you are right, i know precious little about the game but i am proud to be Scottish, win, lose or draw i still support my country's efforts.

Fantastic Italy. There were moments when their forwards made the French pack look like a bunch of kids. If only they could finish, they would have won. The score didn't reflect the game at all.

Great French tries tho....

Sorry raindog, it was meant tongue in cheek after reading that the only reason Scotland won was because England were dire and as such made the result unworthy. Big Smile [:D]

Catching and holding on to the ball might have helped them (Italy) as well. To be honest they made some very amateur mistakes, I think they actually stood a chance of winning at one stage, they frightened the French a couple of times. I also think the Italians have enriched the 6N, although slowly they do get better every year.

Afternoon raindog -  despite all my previous defence of Ashton he has made a complete plonker of himself over the Cipriani affair and I have no doubt that the whole stupid fiasco has had a major dressingroom affect.

It seems that both England and Ireland are blessed (NOT) with clampits for coaches.

So, that leaves us with Twickers and a dilema - if England win then we lose a failed and useless coach and if we win then O'Stagnant stays. God forgive me for what I am about to do now Cry Out [:'(]Cry Out [:'(]Cry Out [:'(]

COME ON ENGLAND

Oh my God !!!!!!!!!!!!!! what have I done now. Wink [;-)]
