Coops, it's a nice dinky thingy like a pocket calculator; nice bit of plastic to add to the other bits of plastic that you already have! Welcome back!    Report

I rang NW last week asking when mine would arrive and the reply I got was that the OH had registered on line but I hadn't. I can't remember whether I did or not but I guess he is correct as usually I will use the OH's card when buying over the internet !    Report

Knee gel  I'm not sure I read your post quite right! you only need the card reader when you are paying 3rd parties and maybe other transactions on the NW site its self not when buying on the net, and because it is only needed when doing online banking they probable only send them to the people who are registered to do online banking. I do my banking with Nationwide via internet too so I would have thought by now it would have been in the post. Also I wonder if anyone can answer the next question. As I said I have a NW flexaccount card which I had before I left the UK last year. Is it possible to apply for a NW CREDIT card now that I am living in France or would it have had to be done prior to departing the UK??? Thanks tuppence    Report
