Can an elderly couple from Mauritius who speak fluent French obtain a carte de sejour to live in France and be fully supported by their UK national family who live in the UK? I have written twice to the French Embassy to ask the same question and have never had a reply.    Report

Why don't you suggest they pop along themselves to the French Embassy in Mauritius?  They will be able to answer all their questions and even help them with the process.
