Hello my name is Stu and I run a catering equipment supply company. Firstly I would like to say that I am not posting here in order to sell anything and generally have a keen interest in the different types of equipment being used outside of the UK.
Recently through using a forum we managed to source a lovely 10 duck roaster for one of our customers, which was nothing like any of the usual Chinese imports I have previously seen.
From your own experiences does anyone have knowledge of equipment used in France that is not currently being used in the UK. Even better if this could be used for volumn cooking in the same way as boiling pans and bratt pans.
The sort of thing we are looking into would be used in bakeries, small food production factories and places with large turnovers like schools and colleges.
I have sold equipment for the last 17 yrs of my career, and the last 9 living in Spain, what are your requirements as I know the Spanish equipment very well if that helps,
