Taxes Foncieres massive increase !!!

Hi all,

I have a place in Quistinic 53160 Morbihan.

My 2007 Tax F was 179 euros but my 2008 tax has gone up to 723 euros !

This is a hike of 300% and I'm wondering if it's a mistake.

Anyone else in Quistinic who could confirm (or deny) this massive increase ?

Try comparing the "base" figures and the "taux" percentage figures on your two demands and you should see what is responsible for the increase - a change in the rentable value ("base") or a change in the percentages ("taux") levied by one of the multitude of money takers (department, region, commune etc.).

Have you added a chateau to your cottage?
