Does anyone know if this event is being held this year, and if so, confirm the dates will be June 28th & 29th.

I've been trying to find details online, but with no success.

Last year's event was excellent. The highlight for me was the old open wheeler races - mostly old guys with pudding basin helmets and handlebar moustaches. Whilst the event is classified as a 'demonstration' rather than a race, they were all giving it some..... Big Smile [:D]

Thanks SD. I've always missed it in previous years, so I'm just trying to plan my summer trip to Deux Sevres around this and the Tour de France stages in the area.

I shall keep checking.

please post if you find the dates ..

do look at the one at Puy though, it's well worth a visit if you're in the area, prob. the same cars as at bressuire the month before, I'll post some pics if I can dig any out.

Thanks, John. Unfortunately, I am going to be there until mid July, so I will have to miss the one at Puy. If it's a yearly event, then I may plan it for next year.

no worries .. do post if you find the bressuire dates though, as i will prob. try to get there , and flights are still v. cheap for the last weekend in June, if that's when it is again this year
