I haven't travelled by train in France for years (except the RER) and wondered whether there are still left luggage lockers in French railway stations - in particular at Avranches?  Thanks.

There certainly are left luggage lockers in large stations but not, as far as I can establish, at Avranches specifically.  TER have a search facility on their website (which is fantastic compared to the SNCF offering, imo!) which lists facilities at each station.
