Does anyone know if it's true that the 27,000 euro limit on yearly production is being increased to 50,000 euros?

I've just received a publication called 'le monde des artisans' in which there is an article about a change in paying charges for people within the regime "micro". It then goes onto say that this change would happen "en meme temps qu'un relevement du plafond du regime fiscal a 100,000 euros (vente) et 50,000 euros (production)". Now maybe I've got the wrong end of the stick, but I thought I'd see if anyone else has heard anything.
