You could also post free ads on the usual Anglo Infos type sites for free. It'll probably be easier to sell if you have a business record showing actual bookings and accounts for a couple of years. However I would collect all your best photos and put together a good website that sells the location, the house and your business. Use a proper web designer. List it as a private sale on this forum's sister site. Even if you have an immobilier it might sharpen up their act knowing that they could lose your sale to a private buyer. Even if you still sell through your immo you will have an advantage over their other clients.
