I know the cost per hectare must vary from place to place, but I'd like to know the approx price of a hectare of agricultural land.
We are thinking of putting in an offer on about 1/2 hectare of land at the back of our house, and don't want to be ripped off.
I'm sure , being wealthy British Woot! [:-))]

, we'll be expected to pay a premium price..........

We are in the Swisse Normande.....
