See this all the time on property ads and I've never remembered to ask what it means when I've had the chance. What does it mean? Literally not of door, but that makes no sense. Can anyone enlighten me svp?

In this instance, pas = step
It usually means a sum of money paid by a commercial tenant to a landlord as an "entrance" fee in order to use commercial premises. It also means the area directly in front of a door.

My translator says "Roll to the step" - think I need to replace it!

After dinner on a Carribean island, it means: pass the port.
