17/05/2008, 8:15 tigerfeet Joined on 01/10/2007 Posts 90 Endowments Two of mine paid out recently in the UK (not a lot , only £5000 each). I was not sure about the tax situation being resident in France so I sent an email to infotax-southwest@dgi.finances.gouv.fr . Their reply was as the policy's were over 9 years old no tax payable. Has anyone else had payments recently , and did you have to pay any tax ?    Report

18/05/2008, 6:53 tigerfeet Joined on 01/10/2007 Posts 90 Re: Endowments PS , most people slag off endowments but I think I did ok . I paid in £7000 over the 18 years got back £10000 and was covered for £10000 joint life cover.    Report
