Can some one try to explain this please - visit to doc with CV on 15/4 - paid 22 euro as expected. Visit to pharamacy to get prescribed meds, presented CV and paid what I nornally do - our pharmacy is linked to CPAM so deduction is automatic. Waited to see refund of approx 14.40 euros to our bank account for the docs visit but only 1.90 euros has been refunded. After deducting the 50 cent per box for medicines I still can't account for what has happened to the remainder!

If a forfait has not been deducted from a previous reimbursement, it is deducted from a later transaction.

Thank you Clair - I will wait until I get my CPAM statement - that sounds very feasible.
