Loads on offer at Gamm Vert et al at the moment , but what is what ... does anybody have a useful website which will tell me what are earlies, late earlies, maincrop etc.

The shop will (should) have a chart on display showing you whats what.  If not, go elsewhere ! 

Its getting a bit late for planting, so get on with it NOW!!  Just sprayed mine this morning for mildew and doryphore.  I've given up trying to be green, its doesnt work (or more likely the effort is not worth the finished product !).  Why is it, that whenever I get the sprays out it rains ?  The joys of growing your own veg !

or the packs themselves will be marked

Precose (sp?) early

demi precose / mid season

My tatties are long in ... I want to buy some more earlies which I'll save until mid-summer and then plant in containers and protect over the winter and they are ready for Christmas Big Smile [:D]  .....  give it a try.
