Just received mine but can't see fiscal number - where on the form is it for use on this year's tax forms? There is Numero FIP, Numero de role and No SPI. Many thanks in advance.

I've got an avis d'impôt 1533 and it has my OH's numéro fiscal on it.

Thank you Cassis - trouble is I don't have a page 3, just 1 and 2 and lots of blurb on the back!! This is our first one and it was only for two months of 2006.

Cet avis se présente sur deux pages qui comportent le détail du revenu imposable et le calcul de l'impôt ou de la restitution. Au verso de l'avis est imprimée la notice d'information. Pour les personnes qui bénéficient d'une restitution, cette somme est versée directement sur leur compte bancaire ou postal (si les références de ce compte ont été fournies à l'administration) ou réglée par lettre-chèque adressée sous pli séparé.
