Just had a CT on my car ,  he has listed a few minor "défauts" .....do I have to correct them and return for a retest ?

He fitted a blue CT sticker to my windscreen .

No return vist required, it should be written on the CT sheet something like "défauts a corriger sans contre visite"

Thanks gosub , found it , it says  "défauts â corrigar sans obligation d`unr contre-visite" .

I must try harder with my French.

Am I  correct in thinking a re-test would have needed a different colored CT on my windscreen ?

No you would not get a new sticker, if you needed to return for a retest within the two months allowed you would keep the the CT paperwork in the car and show it to the gendarmes if required, at a contrôle stop.
