11/05/2008, 18:11 taffy Joined on 08/05/2008 Posts 1 house purchase costs Having consulted several books and web sites we are still confused as to the exact charges payable in  addition to agent's fees on the purchase of a property.  Can anyone let us know where we can find a definitive answer.   We are considering a property together with agent's fees of 160,000 euros and would like to be sure of the additional fees payable.    Report
