09/05/2008, 11:28 Hester Joined on 05/05/2008 Posts 11 Declaration Prealable - declaration d'ouverture de chantier I would be grateful if anyone could advise as to whether we need to submit the form "declaration d'ouverture de chantier" on starting work approved last year under a "declaration de travaux" application.  The form itself appears to be for permis de construire but the official website doesn't make it clear as to whether it is also required when starting work under a "Declaration Prealable".  Thanks Hester.    Report
