Limoges to Avignon..........

..............anyone recommend a route during the holiday season? I don't mind motorways or not, N or D roads, but I would like to avoid as many as possible LORRIES!

Last year we went for a week in the Gorges du tarn, and the journey across via Figeac was just endless lorries. I'd pass one, and another would turn out of it's base in front of me.............Sad [:(]

Limoges - Brive Brive - Caussade on N20,  Caussade - St Antonin - Albi - St Affrique - Montpelier - Avignon.  No mention of GFigec and very pretty. Can see the viaduct at Millau or vosit the Roquefort caves on the way.

Two good suggestions there, but the sunday one is a non-starter for this year, I'll keep that in mind for next,..........
