Orange Livebox & MacBook Pro

Anyone help with this? I have a new Orange Livebox and internet phone and I use an Apple Macbook Pro. The phone works fine through the box, and when I use the ethernet cable the laptop connects no problem. But when I try and log in using Airport it won't recognise the computer. Tried all the passwords Orange sent me to no avail. Any help most welcome!
