Sorry if I have misunderstood, but didn't you say in your other post that you had chosen to buy this house from a different estate agent to the one that originally introduced you to the property.  And that this was because your chosen estate agent was a former builder, and had lots of connections with the local artisans? Trying to get as many references as I can because who knows what house we will end up with and from what agency. The house from yesterday's post was sold yesterday so we are back to square one.    Report
