Anyone know of good artisans in Lille area?

Specifically electricians, plumbers, roofers and general carpenters. I need some estimates and timetables for a potential house purchase. Thanks in advance.

Sorry if I have misunderstood, but didn't you say in your other post that you had chosen to buy this house from a different estate agent to the one that originally introduced you to the property.  And that this was because your chosen estate agent was a former builder, and had lots of connections with the local artisans?

Trying to get as many references as I can because who knows what house we will end up with and from what agency. The house from yesterday's post was sold yesterday so we are back to square one.
