Having just had a wonderful weekend in Paris, I felt I had to report back and tell whoever suggested it, that the visit to a Paris cemetery was really interesting - if a little weird. I have assumed from what I read and was told, that the couple buried here posed for their masterpiece of a gravestone to ensure relatives were always able to visit them after their departures...     Report

I feel similar Frenchie, I was just concerned that some folk on here might think I was being disrespectful when, in fact, it is as you describe. I would imagine that any relatives visiting the grave would smile whenever they go there. I bet it cost a fortune to make though!    Report
